The road to Costa Del Sol

I was on holiday with mom and Mike. Can’t remember where, but it wasn’t too far from home. We’d gotten the 85 bus to somewhere and then we were trying to figure out how to get back. Mom thought we needed to get on the same bus where we got off and it would go full circle. I thought we could get the bus from the opposite side of the road to go in the other direction.

A woman showed me a map started explaining that we could go up a set of stairs and over a hill, then walk half a mile across and reach the harbour, where we could get a boat across to Costa Del Sol. I was a bit confused why, but she said if we ever found ourselves stranded here, that’s how we could get to Costa Del Sol.

Mike and I went into a pub to sit down look at the bus timetables properly. I tried to work out if we could get to Sutton Coldfield and back quickly. It was possible, but would take almost an hour and a half.

We sat at a table where there were already other people. Mike sat next to a blonde girl, and I sat next to a girl with black hair and purple highlights, quite emo looking. I think there was another guy sat next to her.

While Mike and I were talking, the dark haired girl slid over to sit closer to me and started flirting, asking where we were going and if I wanted company. She seemed genuinely interested in me, which threw me a little. But she had a very nice smile.

Then I woke up. Typical.
